43-year old Savita Patel, resident of 19 Shivaji Nagar Madhotal, made a written complaint in Madhotal police station of fake loans taken on her name. Her bank account is in SBI branch Karmata Jabalpur. On March 7, 2024, she applied for civil check in SBI branch Civil Line to take a home loan. She was shocked after seeing two fake loans taken on her name. The first loan of Rs. 3 lakh was taken as tractor loan by Vijay Patel of Mahuakheda Patan from AU Bank branch Mahanadda, Madan Mahal Jabalpur. In which her PAN card number was modified by putting the photo of some other woman in place of her photo and writing Savita in Hindi instead of her English signature. The applicant had also changed the date of birth from 24/01/1981 to 01/01/1981 and the loan was passed.

 

Which is visible in her CIBIL, due to which her CIBIL score has been spoiled. The second loan was taken by Vijay Patel as home loan of Rs 19 lakh from JFSPL Bank. Which was visible in Savita Patel’s CIBIL score. Vijay Patel has prepared her PAN card fraudulently and used the fake PAN card to take the loan. On the complaint, a case under Sections 468, 469, 471 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), was registered against accused Vijay Patel, resident of village Mahuakheda Patan and investigation was taken up.
