Loco Running will clash with Engineering Department in the final of DRM Cup Inter-Departmental Cricket tournament after they won their respective semi-final matches at Motibagh Stadium. The final will be played under lights at SECR Stadium. In the semi-final, Loco Running beat S & T Department while Engineering Department beat All Department DGG. In the first semi-final, Loco Running restricted S and T at 69 runs and then chased down the target losing seven wickets.

 

For S and T, Subhash Patle and Stephen Das scored 21 and 12 runs respectively. For Loco Running, Gaurav Singh Yadav took four wickets for 19 runs. Kirodilal Meena and Ambrish Yadav took two wickets each. Kirodilal Meena, who scored 45 runs and took two wickets for Loco Running was declared man of the match. In the second semi-final Engineering Department defeated All Department DGG by 34 runs. Engineering Department posted huge 136-7 in allotted 10 overs. All Department managed 102-5. For Engineering Department, Buddhivilas Pandey scored 69 runs and Shubham Sahare scored 24 runs. For All Department, Piyush Aryan took three wickets for 17 runs. Lalit Choudhary scored 57 runs. Engineering Department, Nehal took two wicket for 23 runs. Buddhivilas Pandey was named man of the match.
