The outlook for the next 48 hours indicates no significant change in weather conditions, with a potential 2-3°C rise in temperature thereafter.
For Bhopal and its vicinity, the forecast for April 13, predicts partly cloudy skies with a possibility of light rain, thunderstorms, and lightning. The average wind speed is expected to be 18-20 kmph, with temperatures ranging from 38°C (maximum) to 23°C (minimum).
The highest maximum temperature in the State was 42.5°C, recorded in Khandwa, while the lowest minimum temperature was 16.2°C in Pachmarhi (Narmadapuram).
In the past 24 hours, isolated rainfall has been recorded in several divisions across the state, including Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Chambal, Rewa, Shahdol, Bhopal, and Narmadapuram.
The remaining divisions experienced mainly dry conditions.
Maximum temperatures across all divisions have shown no significant change. However, certain regions have recorded temperatures slightly above normal. Specifically, Gwalior, Jabalpur, and Sagar divisions reported maximum temperatures 1.9-2.6°C above the seasonal average. Minimum temperatures also remained largely unchanged, with Indore, Ujjain, Rewa, and
Jabalpur divisions recording temperatures 1.6-2.5°C above normal, and Shahdol division seeing minimum temperatures rising significantly, 4.5°C above normal. Lowest minimum temperature was in Pachmarhi (Narmadapuram) as 16.2°C and highest maximum temperature was 42.5°C in Khandwa.
