Nagpur Nagarik Sahakari Bank, one of the leading co-operative banks in Central India, has implemented a new wage agreement from April 1. Now the staff members of the bank will get a 17 per cent salary hike. The new wage agreement has came into effect from April 1, and it will remain in effect till March 31, 2028. Under the new wage agreement, along with a 17 per cent salary hike, the employees will be eligible for various loans and avail other benefits.
 
The new wage agreement was signed by Chairman of the bank Prof. Sanjay Bhende, Chief Executive Officer Ashutosh Pathak on behalf of the bank management, and by Vijay Khadatkar, Sanjay Ramde, Piyush Joshi and Venkatesh Girdhar on behalf of both employee organisations . On this occasion, the Vice Chairman of the bank Ashok Goyal, Director Members Girish Vyas, Tusharkanti Dable, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and others were also present.
